You said a Tens unit does not work. That is quite a statement. Many people with spinal cord damage rely on a Tens Unit as a method to stop neuropathic pain. They are a legitimate medical device. I do use a Tens Unit for my spinal cord compression instead of pain killers. Yes, a medical grade Tens Unit does work to relieve nerve pain if placed properly.

The caveat is that it depends on the quality of the tens unit-cheaper ones are not as effective as more expensive medical grade ones. However you are absolutely right-if you need them they do work and not just for your back.

Clint, a TENS unit basically saved my life. I was in so much pain but when I used my unit it disrupted the pain and kept me from committing un-a living!

Finally got with a wonderful pain management physician about 12 years ago and have been on a Fentanyl patch that makes it manageable but still in a recliner most of the time. But at least I can handle going out for dinner every once in a while, thank goodness!!

Clint, Tens Units work. I speak from personal experience and I worked in a Rheumatology office. It was often prescribed for patients and most patients had a reduction in pain with it.

The TENS-type machines do actually work (unless they are faked of course). The medical technology behind the TENS principle has been proved over many decades and is used in most hospital physiotherapy departments. It's not "snake oil".

The dragon looks like it could be tree agate , the purple is definitely amethyst, amethyst helps with stress relief and anxiety, you need black Obsidian or black tourmaline to ward off negative or bad energy. The Wife - I agree with you 1 Thousand percent about 'The Bridezilla' statement. I was married for 25 yrs - we eloped and had a big church wedding the following week. The wedding that was my best memory was the day we eloped ( and that was the day we always celebrated our anniversary ) *A couple of years ago a "BIG KZbinR' got married and they had the sweetest wedding with their friends, who brought food and they danced it was at an outside venue. This couple could have spent tons of money - but instead, they had a fun-filled day they shared with friends and family. They do content like y'all and had a precious baby boy 6 months ago.

Nurse Practitioner here. TENS units are not voodoo or new age stuff. It's a medical device that has been well researched and used in physical medicine and rehab for several decades. Insurance covers these devices if prescribed by a medical provider. It works based on the "Gate Theory of Pain Management." You have probably taken enough crap about the TENS unit comment!!

@suzanneprimeau It can be hit or miss with Temu. I have bought a ton of clothes and shoes and out of 10/ 8 were great the 2 were really bad though lol. I think what it is, is people don't take the time to research the product. Also translation can get mixed up. I've seen reviews from people who bought "reborn" dolls and all I could do was shake my head. Research tells you those dolls are really expensive thousands of dollars expensive you're not going to get anything close to a real reborn on temu or any other website for under $100.00. Also some are under the impression it's like a sweatshop (it's not). While it is mostly based out of China there are many local warehouses.

I only purchase items that I dont expect to return if they don't work out. I've only purchased maybe 5 items and they were fine. My toothpick crossbow is a favorite 😂
