Mage 6 is the issue colorized Grendel starts. Runs to issue 14 and later got collected as Devil by the Deed. Ironically Matt Wagner just released a Masters Edition and redid and expanded the whole story into a 120 page black white and red story. The original Black and white run is still my all time favorite.

Brother that is a gorgeous copy of the Crow #1, that is absolutely one of my grails that I am aiming to acquire some day. But actually the Crow #1 is his second appearance, his actual first appearance is in Caliber Presents #1 which came out the month before the Crow #1. Either way the Crow #1 is the book that collectors desire more.

Cool. Great catch there. I'm very happy that I picked up over 100 Spidey comics for a 200 bucks each from a buddy. He knew I was tight on cash and that I love comics .....( he had no interest in them and his ex left the box with him years ago ..) and the reprint of Punisher was included. Superstoked really.

I laugh about the Marvel Anniversary covers. I skipped most of them and just bought what I was interested in. I do have my copy of Muppet babies #6 I bought newstand back in the day. But at the age of the 14 I never would have thought they were cool so missed out on the #10 good one.

Great books. (FYI - your copy of Frozen is actually the even more rare 2nd printing. The barcode being on the front cover is one way to tell it’s a Frozen 2nd print. - The 1st print does not have that on the front cover.) I’ve shown both printings in CGC 9.8 on my channel if you wish to have more of a visual. 👍
