من خلال متابعتي لاعمال الترميم لاحظت شيء غريب ولم يعجبني .. يبدؤون بالترميم من الاسفل للاعلى يعني الجدران والارضيات ثم السقف والمفروض البدايه تكون من الاعلى حتى لايؤثر على ماتم عمله سابقا ويتعرض للاتربه والاتساخ

Exatamente. É o que sempre vejo. Primeiro limpam é lavam tudo e depois começam a descascar as paredes, ou então arrumam as paredes e o chão e então começam a desfazer o forro ou demolir o telhado... Simplesmente não consigo entender a lógica disso... Me deixa maluca...

Oui ce n’est pas logique, si les murs sont en bon état, on commence par la toiture, l’intérieur en descendant et on finit par l’extérieur. J’ai remarqué aussi qu’ils font l’inverse. En France c’est comme ça qu’on procède.

Watching this channel is reassurance of what is grand about human beings. The value of putting our minds and bodies towards a positive endeavor, to value skills learned and applied, to be innovative, to make useful again, something left to decay. Something I've noted we are more than capable as a species worldwide. Thanks for sharing, I was raised up by folks, rural, city in between, themselves were raised by folks who inspired such human endeavors and have passed on such on to my kids. A roof, now matter how humble with a tad of know how, a home, even if a temp. To inspire even one person within a legacy of effort, well worth it.

I’m glad to see a video where they start inside and not outside. It’s been a while since I saw a video like this. It’s also been a while since I saw a restoration with some upgrades and not a remodel. Great job! Would love to see a complete start to finish video. Many of us who watch would sit for a video that long!

I agree. The giant gaps on the lower wall should have been filled in with mud brick or concrete. The news paper on the walls is a cheap fix that won't hold out the cold with those big gaps behind it.

It will work. If you watch other types of videos like this you will see that everything will eventually be covered in concrete, so they don’t really need much to fill in holes.

O local é lindo, o esforço é impressionante, mas esses vídeos viraram um mais do mesmo. Títulos que apelam para o emotivo (e provavelmente não correspondem à realidade) e processos longos que ficam sem final (sem o resultado final da obra)... Vai desanimando...

don't handle things twice. don't throw boards out of the shed. take a handful and walk them to the trash pile. when you just throw them on the ground you have to pick them up again.

worked as a truck mechanic, told the people that worked with me if you doing something separate like removing tires on truck using air wrench don't put your wrench down until you do all the lug nuts.you kill time putting down and picking up.others doing break job in a day I did 2 in a day. tee'd them off they couldn't goof off for a day.

Eu comecei minha reforma pelo telhado...acho engraçado qqq eles deixam o telhado para depois....arruma dentro quebra parede e depois joga as telhas velhas e quebradas dentro d3 casa...estranho...

Sim, é algo que simplesmente não entra na minha mente. Começam por baixo e depois vão pra cima, tudo ao contrário... Primeiro limpam e lavam o chão, para então começarem a descascar as paredes. Ou então arrumam tudo em baixo para depois começarem a remover o forro ou demolir o telhado... Qual a lógica?

Asbestosis ?. What asbestosis ?. $50,000 ?. You were robbed. I'd lay odds it cost twice that for materials to get it into a livable condition, and that's not factoring in how much your labour was worth. BUT, it all make work for the working man to do.

That's better. Now that it's painted it looks so much....DULLER. Worn out grey and Chairman Mao red, can't get much better than that. The newspaper wall paper should be on the toilet walls, so that they can have a good read of the propaganda while they strain.
