I understand your thinking, but from the looks at the items etc, this was a rather large family I'd say. Friends of ours have 7 children, their house was huge, but with everyone in it. it didn't seem so huge.

My house is almost a 1000 square feet. The living room and the bedroom are very big. The bathroom is big too. The kitchen is a bit small but plenty of room for one person. I also have a extra small room and a big foyer. There is no wasted space as with hallways. Its absolutely perfect for me!

For a newer build that’s a nice looking home. I would be totally overwhelmed. My spouse and I have more than enough space with our 2 bedroom apartment - and we both work from home! I also thought it would be easier to keep a bigger place clean but I found that wasn’t necessarily the case!

The material with elephant patterns are silk and hand woven in Thailand. The women use them as dresses and usually Thai restaurants in the USA have them on tables underneath a glass/plastic table top.

I agree with H. And along with the costs you end up buying stuff to fill the mansion instead of stuff you just need. I live in a two story home. Its my husbands. I have always lived in apartments. A couple bedrooms, livingroom, kitchen, bathroom, that's it. Now I get to clean at least 10 rooms. Fun, fun!! Lol give me a single wide trailer, Tiny home 😎

That maroon/purple silk bedspread at 14:17 - I’m lying on the exact same thing right now 😮. I bought it in Cambodia and you can find similar designs in Thailand. They make good bedspreads, couch throws or even picnic blankets and cost anywhere from $10-30 new.

I decorated one of those really large homes similar to that once and the company rented the property for the family with the stipulation that they would have board meetings and department meetings at his home. So we came And decorated for their Christmas party. They're nanny drove a Mercedes SUV just to Deliver the children to play dates.

I retired as a locksmith and a couple of times I rekeyed large rental homes that were rented bay a drummer for a famous rock band, and another one for the president of a large banking system. Those are the people that will rent million dollar homes.

Keep a few of those dress shirts if they are your size, best to have on hand instead of needing one and have to pay full price. That orange/red material, shawl with the elephants might be expensive, since your Mother knows fabric, run it by her for pricing.

Happy Holiday’s Taco! I wish you could see the giant Christmas blow molds by me where I live. It’s in an old historical district of Atlanta. They are unbelievable! Some are 25” tall and vintage! That empty box for the SNES game, Chrono Trigger, can go up to $250! Edit: that orange transformer you picked up is a Gen2 transformer. They are the same molds as the original run, just injected with bright colors.

Which ones? Most sold for really cheap maybe 5-8 bucks each. I think the ship sold for $18, my friend bought it. No box or manual
