Love your content. Some insight on storage units. Apartments have to store contents from previous tenants who leave without notice in case they come back for their things. This is one reason food items are in units. It also explains when items are not packed or organized well for storage. Because the manager just doesn't care what happens to the items.

Oh wow. I've never heard of that. We often see stuff on the curb for big trash day, but it's always in front of rent houses. Never considered apartments may have different rules. Thanks for the info!

The little TV for testing AV was a great find as well as the coats. Dead mice are the worst! All that dirty smelly clothing makes you wonder if the person hated doing laundry. in the end, you did find some good stuff. The donation people will be happy. 🙂

Hey I've bought 3 at 20 and each one had something good....coach wallet....paid for it a couple of times and the rest profit....I spent 50 a few weeks ago and found 2 prada purses....that will pay for the next year of units ...lol...happy digging

I have a chest harness that we normally use at estate sales, but it can get uncomfortable after awhile. Storage units are definitely easier with 2 people. Lol. Thanks for watching!

This unit was $20 plus taxes and the buyer's premium which made it about $35 all in.

I would just be glad that the mouse was dead and not alive, for some reason the live ones bother me more (even though both are gross)! What a bummer that the cabinet isn't what you were hoping for, and I was really hoping you would find the PS4 once you started finding games. 😞 A couple of things - please always take the time to go through all the pockets of the clothes for money before you donate them, I once found $1800 cash in the pocket of a smelly, ratty old jean jacket from a box marked "fishing stuff", and once found 2 $20's randomly in the back pocket of a pair of toddler jeans! So I check everything because you just never know if someone forgot some cash in their pocket! Also, I put together (and would suggest it to anyone doing storage units) a bag for each of my trucks so we're always prepared when we go to clean out units: they contain several pairs of heavy work gloves, hand sanitizer and Lysol wipes, a roll of packing tape (because boxes are often broken), garbage bags, a hand-broom and dustpan, a collection of padlocks and keys, a rechargable magnetic flood light (for when you get a unit with little or no light, cost about $20 from Walmart in the tool dept), and a nice first aid kit. Since you record I would maybe suggest adding a cheap tripod too?
