@@BaldadonisMike2021 I'm going from a 04 volvo s60 2.5t that I've had for 8years. To this car. My daughter's legs grew to long for my Volvo. So I'm thinking the backseat in that Audi is bigger so she should have more room. Thanks for your response back hope you are doing well.

@@jasonghering4389 be careful when you buy those A4, from 2009-2012 they have problems with piston rings leading to excessive oil consumption and plenty of other problems, some might be repaired by the recall that Audi did couple of years ago but if it didn’t then good luck, some 2013-2016 models still have the problems but just a few and some of them might be repaired under that recall, if that’s the case they’re good to go for well over 200k+ miles

@samuelwh4775 I decided to get a 2016 audi a6 3.0t. Their engines seem to be really good. Like they can last 200k even with a tune. Just need basic maintenance. Thanks for letting me know about the A4's problems.

Really loved and needed that information on the newer a4 I just bought a 2018 2.0 FWD (less HP the safer and cheaper haha) and I’ve been trying to do a whole lot of research on how to make it last an extra 100k miles. Currently at 63k.

This was a great video. For awhile, I felt bad for having a 2017 A4 Premium Plus with 104K miles. But I've kept up with the maintenance. I have to go in for the 100K service in 3 weeks. This video put my mind at ease.

I have a 6speed 2013 a4 premium plus black on black. 103k miles. Drives like its brand new. Downpipe, exhaust and tune can put you around 300hp and nobody can wipe the smile off my face.

I have the same car in a slightly different gray, 6speed as well. Added a new exhaust system, otherwise all the same mods. It's much quicker than people realize, especially off the line

What a great video! Hopefully I'm getting ready to buy a 2018 A4 Premium Plus S line with all the opts, well except for the black package, I don't care for that look. Mine will also be a manual transmission. My current car is an 04 Passat 4 Motion with the 1.8T AWM engine with 5 speed manual, it only has 114k miles. So I'm essentially just getting a newer version of what I have now. My brother used to have a 1988 Audi 90 Quattro beige with blue leather and lost it when he had to move. . . so I'm giving him my Passat when I get the A4 because all of these cars are very closely related and I'd like for him to have a similar feel to his beloved 90. It won't have the locking rear diff but ESP will have to make do. I wish all of these cars had the 5 cylinder though. . . I wonder if there's any way to shoe horn Audi's newer 2.5 5 cylinder in the A4 and keep the 6 speed manual? lol.

Hey Mike can you or Kevin shed light on a clunky 6spd shifter in a 2012 A4 SLine doesn’t seem to shift as smooth as it previously did. Also is there a fix for the oil leak on this year vehicle? I got the car at 90000k its now at 141000. Thx SeanSW

Shifter could be a few things..bushings could be worn.believe they are plastic,,.have you change the trans fluid? It breaks down ..that should be down every 60000 miles or so..Some companies says 30k depends..what oil leak..where? Refresh my memory if I said that in video.. This engine is fine with oil ..the oler ones have the issue like Kevin talked about in the video ..this engine had the injector that stuck open and caused the engine damage

I'm thinking of buying a used Audi A4 sedan as my first car, since I adore the exterior looks of it. I'm 24 years old and just want it for a maximum of 4 years and drive approx. ≈80k km/≈50k miles on top of the current milage and then sell it again for a suv. I mostly drive short distances inside the city where are are a lot of bumps and would like to drive to different countries too, once a year. Would that be a good idea? Which model or year should I aim for? Is maintenance annoying and expensive on Audis too? Budget is 13k, keep in mind that prices on cars here in Denmark are 3x america/uk.

Audi can be a tough car to own if it wasn't taken care of ..but with that said mine was very well maintained at the dealership and then by the owner Kevin that I bought the car from..I really enjoyed driving it ! If I was you..to be honest ..buy a nice Lexus ? I would hate to see you buy something that will always be at the shop and kill you in repairs(If you do buy one ..please get a aftermarket warranty that covers EVERYTHING..Not sure if they have car warranties in Denmark ? Do your research on the year of the car (google known issues-watch KZbin videos) hopefully that will help in your car search! Let me know what you end up buying! Thank you for the comment Michael

In my country if u have money to buy this car without loan or with some bank loan u would by this car, all average ppl in my country buyin from 2000.year to bew but more average buyin to 2010 if its vw audi bmw mercedes or to 2015 who got bit more Cash and dont want german usualy buy french or italian car or japanese so this millage or 200k+ kilometers is normal or schould I say a sweat spot for us... i have my with 330+km on clock and stage 1 done on 310k some km on clock and still i mean starts from first atempt drives normal, quattro grip well and its 2015, doors closing like new inside like in bunker silent nice so yeah especialy germans and diesels they make one of the best so 200+km german especialy diesel is a safe buy, and if its maintained on time with normal regular oil filters timing belt or chain change than u belive me have like a new car, as I say i have 2015 190hp diesel ultra, stage 1 on 440nm and 216 or 18 hp and as I say everithing like new, doin weekend trips and goin on wacation from 600km to 1500km on both ways and town driwing and a bit of accelerating and well it start like new ^_^ just maintain ur car and enjoy ^_^

All of them... But if you spray it with chemicals every 20k miles you can keep the carbon at bait. I also did to mine a PCV delete with an oil catch can ever since I have no carbon buildups. And if you are into performance the water meth injection also helps.
