A buddy of mine bought that exact same Raptor even the same exact color. He reprogrammed it, put aftermarket exhaust, cold air intake and a few other performance upgrades. He liked it at first, but when he went to tow with it, it wouldn’t tow his enclosed car trailer for his Lamborghini. Definitely should have went with the new Shelby F-150

as a business owner x2 myself i say that if its in the budget to try something that can you grow your business then its worth trying for a year. If the year is over and you realize it did NOT in fact grow your brand then sell off what you have and stay with what you had. I personally visited your location about 6 months ago when i was next door with wifey getting our SPA treatment and had their been something bad ass a little cheaper to rent i would have for sure done it. We werent in town long enough to justify one of the sick cars you have.

Hurtin Albertan I’d rather have a physical key, my wife’s car has keyless start and her remote batteries are always dying and half the time the car won’t recognize the key. So yeah, I’ll stick to putting a key on the hole and turning it. I’m not too good to have to turn my wrist to crank my truck.

Got one for you. Paxpower out of Houston, tx will take a f150 5.0L and convert to a supercharged Raptor 700hp 765ft lbs. With complete OEM raptor suspension and more.

The 17" Forged wheels are also beadlocks and regular DOT wheels. You can have the dealership just move the bead over if you want it done. They're not as strong as a normal beadlock but are better than being mounted on the bead alone and plenty for most of the offroading these trucks end up doing anyway.

Keyless start goes with the start/stop technology package witch includes many other features. Unfortunately, this package costs 10 grand. But, it's nice to have for a daily driver, highway travel, and long trips. If you can afford it, get it!

Dunno if it's reached the USA yet but over here in Europe keyless entry cars are more stolen than keyed cars because they have devices that grab the signal from the owners key while they are in bed and it transmits the access code to a device that is in the hand of the person stood next to the car that opens the car and allows the vehicle to be started and driven away never to be seen again, so ford might have thought with the F-150 being rhe biggest seller in the USA so they probably reveryed back to using a key so the New Raptors don't become a statistic

Ford made the 801a and 802a for a reason. they stripped down the 801a for the raptor customers who actually use it off road for jumping and what not. I also think its because they didnt have to add trim levels to the raptor brand cause its pretty much an XLT and a Lariat.

I think right now most people wanna m4, looking at market there are right over 40k, so that is a great option! M4 GTS right now sales for 80k, is a bargain! I also think that the 911 turbos is a great option, put mods on it can easy to boost up to 700-800hp, and good looking body kit. People can join the similar performance then the TwinTurbo Hurricane, but much cheaper price! 991.1 Turbo S can pick up with 110-120k easily on the market! A lot of people calling C8, that is great one!

I mean the raptor is built for offroading, it’s not a luxury car. So I understand why keyless starting would be in the luxury power equipment group. And I mean it’s not like that’s all you get for the 10k, you also get the front Torsen diff which is a big deal. Tbh if you’re gonna buy a raptor, might as well fully load it

Hey Houston. Buy my 2008 Mercedes S63. I just did all scheduled maintenance and preventive maintenance. It has MBH long tube headers with the mid section exhaust and a tune. Only 61,500 miles on it for $30k. And it's white.

The reason Ford doesn’t do push to start is because it doesn’t need to. They are a truck brand! People who buy the trucks aren’t thinking there will be push to start in it and some don’t want it.

Every car/truck these days should have keyless entry and start, as well as heads up display with navigation and speed limit information as standard equipment. With the navigation, why are updates so stupid expensive. My Ford dealer wanted $300 for a new SD card. Got one off Ebay for $30 I think. BMW wants over $1k for my wife's X3.

It seems only about half of Raptor owners take their truck off-road...it also seems about the same amount don't do their homework and wind up unhappy...I am surprised you bought one without the 802b luxury package to rent thinking most customers would rather rent a loaded Raptor. BUT I do not run a car rental business so I may be completely wrong! :) I ordered my 18' with that package and love all the "little" extras that come with it...
