I went from a JKU to a JT as well. I'm loving the JT because it has a much better ride and the 8-speed transmission makes that same V6 much more user friendly to drive around town. It's still a Jeep though and looks like nothing else on the road and I can go convertible if I want which no other truck can do.

Congrats!!! I have a wrangler and the wrangler life is serious down in the south (US). We have a code when you pass another wrangler, you wave. Do y’all do that in Canada? Also noticed that gladiator owners aren’t waving. I don’t know if they still count as being in the club, I don’t wave at Jeep Cherokee owners lol. Ha ha.. I was the exact same when I first bought my new car, I would park it as far down as I could hoping not many people would park near it. 🤣🤣 Now I’m just like, ehhh, it can get dinged no matter where it is so... 🤷🏼‍♀️ And I had to take the car’s books inside to learn how to do all of the touchscreen stuff, cuz mine is totally all touchscreen, radio, heated seats, temperature, ac/heat etc. Best thing I ever spent money on tho... besides my house. 🤪 Congrats on the truck! It’s extremely nice! It suits you perfectly.

The biggest thing was I have never had a car not covered in dog hair, I try really hard but it's so hard to keep it at bay. We are going to do a custom cap for the truck bed so that the dogs have their own area of my car! I am hoping to have some windows in the cap and get some puppy beds in there too. Having this gives them the same amount of space while also keeping my car clean! I think it's the best of both worlds!
