Absolutely loved my 20VT Coupe, one of my favourite cars. Bloody quick, capable of pretty reasonable economy and just a sense of occasion when driving it. I bought mine cheaply with a melted piston due to a previous owners abuse and rebuilt it.

I don’t suppose you still have the log book? As we have the car now. Someone has spent a lot of money on it in last few months. I was watching this video when trying to find how to open the bonnet. It was so funny it still has the orange bag of history

@@ChopsGarage Yes we bought it from a local man. We are located in Suffolk. There’s a receipt in here for £1700 for cambelt kit and mot work end of last year. From looking at your video. All bodywork has been sorted at bottom. It’s a nice looking car. Going up for sale / possible classic car auction in a few weeks

@@ChopsGarage Just selling it on. Hpi it and has 3 owners. Iv got no V5 and he never had one. Needs a few bits sorting for sale. Like tyres, stereo and boost gauge not working

Have a look behind those rear sills , doesn't look good to be honest, remove the rear seat and side panels , if its rotten in there it's a big job to fix properly
