My suggestion would be to contact the seller and just ask if there should have been another box or something. I can understand if Amazon mistook over $3,000 in value and incorrectly typed it in, but to then also mistake 87 items for maybe half that seems odd.

That is how they do it. A rough count, and a multiple of some random value like $20. He already KNEW the laptop was in there from the manifest or he would not have spent that much on it.

@@redwolfexr a rough count of +/- 5% this wasn't anywhere close, which would indicate that there is most likely a package missing. I would not complain, however I would bring it up to the Wholesaler, to let them know. If they offered me a discount on the price I already paid, I would actually refuse it. You bring up the issue as a piece of information, not as a complaint.

@@nicklai1066 I buy from the same supplier in Garland Texas. They are partially manifested. USually all the "big" items are listed. Sometimes they miss one. Like the iPad Pro I got last month at the bottom of one. I am going through a 3 box pallet now.

I followed along and the retail , according to Amazon, is $1,600-$1,700. The Remains of Tom Lehrer CD new and intact sells for $110-$135. There had to be a second box. Still for a single box it wasn't bad value wise. Kudos for giving your customers a good deal. You can definitely get more for than your prices.

You could approach the seller with a heads up instead of a complaint. Tell them to 'be careful cause Amazon is incorrectly marking boxes' - that way it appears you're doing them a favor and blaming Amazon for the over inflated pallet value, but you still get to bring up the issue - the seller may do you a solid and give you a bit a of refund for being so cool about it... if you get my drift =)

That Charlie's Angels DVD looked like it was damaged intentionally with a sharp object. The pattern looks like something was dragged back and forth (like a pair of scissors). Not surprising when you return a DVD in a BDR case.

I purchased a TiVO video recorder from Amazon that TiVo would not activated because it was stolen. Amazon, at first, said that I would have to deal with the third party seller, even though it was shipped by Amazon. After much insistance, Amazon refunded my money. You may have boouht it in a liquidation pallet.

That Chromebook is nothing - used will maybe be 120 because you can only run ChromeOS on it. Nope there is definitely something wrong here, you maybe get about 630 - 700 bucks for that box. Oh wow even less than I guessed....
