Thanks very much for sharing the info and experience of using this bike. To me there is no problem of choosing the most cheapest and budget friendly product, as we all know, not everyone could afford to buy a brompton bike. So buy according to what you can actually afford and as long as you are happy with it and also it suits you well, then that is good enough in my opinion. Keep up the good work. I sincerely hope that you will enjoy riding your $840 bike and to be honest, not everyone (including myself) could afford $840 bike too. Not to mention that it folds just like a brompton bike which is really awesome to many of us. So please do enjoy it by riding more. Take good care and God bless!

Get yourself an easy wheel extension rod, that will elevate the easy wheel side nearer to the cushion block. That will distribute the weight of your bike evenly when you push your bike when folded. If you decide to tilt and push your bike at 45 degree, the cushion block will not be damage.

I don't own a Brompton but been riding over 50yrs - I'm no lawyer either - Clearly if intellectual property copyright etc expired / then it's all up to consumers to decide what's best for them > Price / Quality / Image . my opinion is Brompton invest in Great marketing as to all the hype / people buy into great Commercials / Marketing > as they can demand the High price. I remember mid 70's Brompton was not even heard of in U.S. - besides not everyone want's to spend or has $ for Brompton / in general they want a high quality folding in a medium price range .
@drivestorage17793 жыл бұрын
I agree on the hype! It is tough "not" to turn head on a brompton (I'm guilty of that). But I've really REALLY enjoyed my Dahon. Adding a Bike Friday in the family. With Bike Friday's amazing Customer Service track record, I will likely add one of their amazing Diamond Llamma in my collection some time in the future (yes, I can't get enough of that Diamond Llamma. Imagine all the places we could be together!). The PaKIT is a close contender, it is just a cool little machine to watch. Wish I could get my hands on a Tikit. I think the first time I saw someone fold it, my beautiful partner had to close my jaw back up for me. lol. Yes, it's drool worthy. Sadly Bike Friday isn't making it anymore due to high production cost. Used ones are next to impossible to come by. I have a higher chance of locating a Big Foot than locating a used Tikit for sale. lol

hey man,i got a 3sixty bike today, and the folding was all great until i tried to lift it up after folding, it tends to unfold itself. Do you have this problem? seems like the hook got some problem.
@AndyinSG3 жыл бұрын
Hey man. You need to fully insert the seat post in order to “lock up” the fold. Otherwise, you need one of those velcro straps to secure the wheel to frame.

Hello. Do you have a constant clicking noise when you are actioning the pedals of your 3sixty bike? I ask you this question because with a Brompton, this noise is coming from the gearbox...it's not the same than when you stop to pedal and still running. It's another clicking sound from the gearbox hub. Thanks for your help ;-)
@AndyinSG3 жыл бұрын
Well, I didn’t encounter this clicking noise during my short ownership of this bike. Maybe you want to check with your bike mechanic on that. Could be as simple as oiling/greasing some areas.

great detailed review! Thank you for introducing me to the 3sixty. I have been looking at the Bike Friday PaKIT as an alternative to the brompton. I really do like the PaKIT, the e-assist on it seems ... ah! (the first time I saw it, I thought, "I will not buy another bike, I will not buy another bike, I will not buy another bike, I will not buy another bike"). my beautiful partner went something along the line of, "honey? stop looking at the bike!" lol. @@AndyinSG the answer seems to be no. But I managed to try riding a 3sixty for an 80km day, and it was fine. I've never ridden a Brompton, so I don't know what I might be missing. I have lifted both, and the 3sixty seems significantly lighter to carry, which makes sense given its plastic clamps vs. Brompton's metal clamps.

It’s due to the frame length. The 3Sixty (at least the one in the video) has a shorter frame, so the wheels touch when folded.
