I Bought A $600 SILVER World Coin Collection of Crown Size (Without Looking!!)

This was a super fun hunt - with a bunch of fantastic finds all throughout! I spent about $600 and then a bit for shipping to buy this group of world coins. There were quite a lot of great finds, with many new types represented. It's always a blast to do unboxings - I can add to my collection while seeing some sweet coins!!

I'm guessing it's some sort of reaction to the containers they're stored in! They toned at first (rainbow colors) and after sitting long enough are dark/black.

These coins are priceless Treasure Town. I dont know if I would sell them if I were you. 99% of Americans dont know history. They just look up information on the internet or are just interested in gold/silver content. I'm from Canada and I share all my information without looking in any book or on the internet.

3:10 the jadwiga's coins are the cheapest coins from poland 1930s, there were so much of them minted but still good shape and this one could be worth slight more then other ones.

1964 Norwegian 10 kroner is from the reign of King Olav V who reigned from 1957 to 1994. It is a Norwegian commemorative silver coin to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Eidsvoll Constitution of 1814 where Norway gained representative government.

The Norway 1964 10Kr coin is 20g 90%, mintage 1,408,000. The Sweden 1935 5Kr 25g 90%, mintage 663,815. Might be a bit hard to get your money back.

They are heavily faked! As such, it's not something I'm very knowledgeable on, so I don't want to steer you wrong. Looking at PCGS auction comps would be helpful

1880 5 Lei silver coin from Romania is from the reign of Prince Charles of Hohenzollern- Sigmaringen. He was a German prince who became prince of Romania from 1866 to 1881 and the first king of Romania as Carol I of Romania from 1881 to 1914.

1935 5 krona from Sweden is from the reign of King Gustav V who reigned from 1907 to 1950. He is from the Bernadotte dynasty which rules Sweden today. The Bernadotte dynasty was founded in 1818 by Carl XIV Bernadotte who was French and was one of Napoleon's officers.

1933 10 zlote from Poland has Queen Jadwiga on it. She was the daughter of King Louis I the Great of Hungary and Poland of the Anjou dynasty. She was Queen of Poland from 1382 to 1395. She married Grand Duke Jagiello of Lithuania who became King of Poland as Wladyslaw II Jagiello from 1386 to 1432 founding the Jagiellon dynasty 1386 to 1572.
