I still have that Spidey / X-Force comic. I think got it in the box set my grandma bought my off of QVC or something over 30 years ago. She thought I was already into comics at the time, but she actually jump started me into them, unknowingly.

The most successful sellers on WhatNot are hypemen trying to convince people new to this side of the hobby that things are worth more or scarce in ways that are disingenuous. While I do have friends that sell on WhatNot that are decent people, WhatNots algorithm or rec lists are not to be viewed as trust worthy. BUYER BEWARE.
