Does it have the plastic trans?it sure does those are junk...I love those engines. most common problem is decompression release.and head gasket.

Plastic trans, clean the crap out of the top of trans and you may have to remove pulley unit, 4 screws and really clean it like new 😊 Axle seal are easy to remove and install,RS800

Looks like it has the plastic transmission those things are junk. Pack it with synthetic grease and let it go!
