They sell you the spot and kits and give you a couple of days to have some fun, then they raid you so you pay again. But ngl, 30 bucks for all that is very cheap if you are solo and don't have a lot of time to play or wanna save yourself from expending more than 100 hours of grinding and taming to get to that point. What I would suggest is that you take all the things and move to another map so they wont find you and you can survive for longer.

I’m learning a whole lot about PvP from this video. I guess I’m not surprised that they would do something scummy like that. Mind you I’m appalled that it’s permissible to raid someone’s base, steal their stuff, kill their tames and kill their characters while they’re offline. That’s not cool. There’s no honour in that. No wonder I’m a PvE or solo player. I’m entirely too honourable for PvP.

@@NikLovesCats Honestly I know myself well enough to know that I’m biased and that I’ll never agree with the PvP mindset. I find the inherent unfairness of raid someone’s base when they aren’t there to fight back a bigger issue than getting poor loot by doing it honourably. It’s distasteful, like kicking someone while they’re down or one kid beating up another for his lunch money because the kid is younger, smaller and weaker than the bully. That’s why I stay on the PvE servers or solo mode. It’s not like I hate PvPers though. If another player tells me that they have a PvP character on another server then I’m not gonna treat them any differently here on the PvE server. If they enjoy it then good for them, I mean everyone knows what they’re agreeing to when they first join the server. It’s not for me personally and that’s okay. I sometimes feel curious about how different Ark is in the PvP environment so I watch to learn.

Just a heads up because I build in a pearl cave also back when island first dropped, you need to have those pillars lower and down in the water so that a Stego can’t surface to shoot a rocket, if the pillars are above the water like yours are a Stego can just swim in and hold a until they surface to the pillars and then just rocket it all down

This is…. Interesting. I’m a very new player on ASE just getting to grips with the game. I mostly play solo though I do have a character on an unofficial PvE server. I’ll never play PvP but I’m curious enough to watch. It seems scummy to be able to raid bases, steal stuff and kill their tames while they’re offline. But that kind of behaviour is why I don’t PvP. Still I watch to learn.
