Over my time on the internet, I collected thousands of midi files (some of the websites are long time dead) recorded from piano rolls - some even from aeolian organ rolls (midi files with two tracks - one for each organ manual) and since they were often recorded by real people, they sound much more "alive" than modern midi files sequenced using computer. I already found piano able to play midi files in local museum, but not pipe organ - It would be fantastic, to hear some of these, nearly 100 year old paper roll recordings played on this instrument. To anyone interested, I could upload the collection somewhere.
