Man, you should have been up here in Central Indiana, years back. I worked for an old farmer that had one of those tractors. He put the front wheel in a hole and drove the radius rod into the engine. Not a good day. He found a new, in the crate engine and had it installed. Not many years after he passed away. Not many Moline tractors around here and it sold for a little of nothing.

Hey, nice find! The rubber alone was worth the purchase. So glad to see she didn't end up in a scrap yard! Breaks my heart when they do. Such an easy fix... Must be the previous owner just wasn't willing to bite the bullet and pay for a rebuild of the injection pump. Oh well... His loss, your gain! 👍👍 Love your tow rig setup (truck & trailer). Next time, please, just winch that MM tractor up on to the trailer. Might be slower, but it's one a heck of a lot safer! Could have easily been a tragic ending if the tractor pulling it up on the trailer had accidentally slid sideways, which can easily happen in this type of scenario. Stay safe, & God bless!

It’s normal for hydraulic light to come on at warm idle. Do not adjust rear pump above 15 psi. Will blow seal and oil soak the button clutch causing slippage. Have to split tractor to replace seal.

I don't want to bust your balls and I know there is at least half of them left for scrap yet with a million motor hours, but fair is fair. Its your play toy and could of went half way with him. Most farmers don't know how to turn wrenches and it is on him to learn but dang it sounds like theft, in the moral way. I have worked on them and they were pound for pound a good heavy tractor. I had one as a kid and that one started on gas and switched over to diesel. For a fact, water in fuel really wasn't a problem unless it got to a way over ratio proportionately. I just wish farmers took better care of their equipment... put to bed wet and a grease gun was "how do you shoot this thing" as they greased a half a dozen fittings but there was oil in it yesterday so it should be just fine today kids. Real sad to me to abuse it/them that way. I came out to a farm to give him a hand and he told me it wouldn't start so first things first, check the fluids. It might of had a gallon of oil floating on water and the oil portion of this milk gumbo smelled just nasty so drain all fluids including radiator and refill with designated stuff. I drained the fuel tank and what came out would puke a dog off a gut wagon so strap a fuel cell on the top and drain the fuel pump much as possible. I did cheat as I cranked it a couple times to see what made it through so with very little battery and all stuff hooked up cranked it a couple rolls and hit some either in air filter (don't ask what came out but it did live at one time) and it popped right off and ran like new and while running forced the gen to charge for a while. Then shut down and fix that too. Moral of the story; the guy promised me he would do better but that fall he comes back and says its acting up. I go over and same story so told him better get another tractor as I can't keep up this feel sorry for you when you don't help yourself and just walked away.
