I would’ve probably did flocking on the whole dash. You should go around with a magnet on that mustang to see how much filler they used on the wide body. Yeah, you should repaint it and get wheels that make sense. Something with a large chrome lip would probably look good

Mustang, open the space in the front fender between the door with a cool piece. Cut the wing off and mold the panels to the car. Add a ricer big wing gang, 3 piece wheels and a killer paint job with a front splitter.

Lots of cool ideas for mods. So here's what's on my mind. 90's Taurus SHO V8 "supercharged" and a 6 speed transmission. Up next would be a Mercury Capri bubble rear hatch. The reason behind adding the hatch is from the side it lacks visual weight. There's huge void between the rear edge of the roof to the wing-a-ling.😊. Paint inspiration John Player Special Mustang from the mid-90's. Not necessarily black and gold.

Paint it black with a nice gold accents and flat black stripes , k swapped turbo ,Gold with a chrome lip 18" rims staggered , clear tail lights and new clear with black housing head lights with clear corners.

Leave the body how it is that is a one off car. Nobody else has one like that I think that it is a very unique ugly. Yes but beautiful and it’s only I think that if you were to just change the color, add some deep dish rims and tire for grip and you have a winner right there. Beautiful choices. Cool! I had an outrageously built 85 Fox in the 90s (I eneded up with a 427 mated to a Tremec 5 speed)! My body was mostly stock short of a 3" cowl hood and a Saleen wing and I covered with a classic flames over black paint job. I was never into any of the wide bodies on these but I am anxious to see where you go with it.

I know its a little late but i had a idea for the dash mat, with the area you propped up with the bar. A few of the old trucka i have had in the past had a dish, cubby, sort of shelf, in that area. It was mostly useless but just thought it might look more period correct and blend the 2 vehicles together a bit more, not that it needs it

I’d widen the front so that the headlights lineup properly with the widened fenders. Then bring the wing down about half its current height, and widen its supports so they don’t look so spindly on an otherwise chunky car.

Something Betty kinda seems to fit. It reminds me of the Deathwish Toyota. Lopping off that wing would mean a rework of the rear quarters but perhaps just redesigning it so it assaults the eyes a little less?

Pretty cool but I would cut the rear wing down at least a foot and a half make the Gap closer to the trunk .. with some wide tires and wheels might look pretty decent after a paint job.. I would go black.

Keep the wing ... the whole Mustang looks goofy (but cool with the right wheels) ... cutting off the wing would leave a weird void at the back.
