I used to do storage auctions in Colorado UNTIL 2012 I won like 8 units sent my guys down Clean them all out after I went through them all so get a call a week later hey you got a unit you didn't clean out I go ok Sent guys back cleaned unit out 3 days later I get a call need to bring back all the stuff which I had already sold seems that the weekend manager had rented the unit and the week manager didn't know they ended up giving the people $30,000 worst part for me was they gave people my phone number they called me up crying I felt bad after that so I quit had alot of fun doing it but in the end you profit off of others misfortune and that's a bad way in my opinion to do business

Depends on the unit. This one was all sold within the week since they were such easy sales. But something's like antiques can take forever. And the facility contacts the former owner. You just give them the personal stuff you want to return after you've cleaned it out and they do it so you don't have to be in contact with them

From watching this I've gathered a ton of info about the owner. Prior male soldier trying to get a security job. A Batchelor, with his kids from previous relationship. Only gets kids on the weekend. Possibly fighting to stay in the kids life. He's struggling with drug or alcohol addiction and loosing to it if he's in jail. His dog is for therapy. Well traveled. Sentimental.
