@rdnkven Is the materials in metric? For example, is a sheet of plywood 8'x4' like it is Herr in America? Or 2x4's, or are they metric?

Dude, shoulda made your roof a terrace (meaning flat and accessible). The view would have been breathtaking from there. Imagine having a nice glass of wine, with your significant other, listening to some beautiful music as you watch the sun set behind Mt.Elbrus. Love those winding tiny roads up the mountain too.

Sochi gets no snow in winter . Maybe like a day every 3 years. Kinda like nc weather. And that day you just don't drive

I have been living in Russia for the last 10 years and 6 of them in Sochi. You can't own a house in Sochi, only if you are Russian citizen. You can win an apartment. So who is owning your house

The above ground gas pipes are such an eyesore. It is funny how they have them going above intersections. They probally explode pretty good when hit by cars

That pipe system is from the soviet union and never heard of trucks running into them they are pretty high up above the road the camera wide angle don't show the real height. But yes they are in summer time can barely see them because of all the plants blooming.
