The seller on Amazon has cut a lot from the original base module which includes a kitchen, bath and electrical. The seller chose to get a lower cost version which excludes the kitchen and electrical. The base price of the single module is $15k USD if bought directly from the China company who makes it. Plus $6k in overseas shipping + port fees and delivery fee to drop it off to you. in total the average buyer claimed $24-26k for the final price. But your Amazon seller went cheaper and is pocketing at least $7k because the version they sold exclude the included kitchen and electrical. Plus the original version does not come with the gas lifting struts. That was added by the seller. But the seller isn't Chinese. But the company who makes that folding house is. It is sold here in Canada for $19k CAD but we also get the bigger versions which are 19x40 for $38k or 19x60 for $57k which includes options like skylights and a covered deck or covered porch. That Chinese company has at least three distributers of those homes here in Canada and it can shipped anywhere with a sea port. Only the 19x20 version is sold in the US. Haha...
