I live in a prefab home here in Australia and it's perfect for me ! One big bedroom with a queens size bed an ensuite with shower and toilet, big lounge room with a good size galley kitchen with gas stove but I use a big air fry own and induction portable hot plate Comes with a nice porch and a big carport and a shed It's in a lifestyle over 55s village All for $90,000 AUD I previously had a huge 4 bedroom home on 700sq feet block Sold it after a divorce and now I just live in a very cosy comfortable home, I will never go back to a big home again

I think homes like these will be the future for a lot of people. With technology you can do so much today. -get cheap land out further away from cities. -get solar power -get something like Starlink for internet Getting water is basically all you’ll need to figure out.

Yeah, they do need to slow down and showcase it like you said, I liked the first one and your choices as well. I like that it comes ready to move in once it's set up. I never saw these homes on amazon....that's pretty wild. I don't have an amazon card and read the reviews on people that had good credit scores and how awful having that card was. Anyway, I like the one with the tup that pretty much don't need much putting together, and then we have the land thing, if you've seen the price of land it's almost as much as those houses and more without anything on it, out in the middle of nowhere too. You can find some more affordable land but they don't last long if you don't jump on it when it first comes out. I especially like the one with the tub, I gotta have a bathtub, when I didn't have one, I missed it so much, to be able to take a long bath and soak or bubbles is fun...LOL,

@blackrealestatedialogue5 ай бұрын
Have you tested the checkout process to confirm that cost?
@coryda2 ай бұрын
I like these but i think alot of people would get these if they understood more the process of how to get it and abide by the local laws in their area, where to get the certified electrican, the plumber, make sure the area has plumbing lines, an electrical grid, sewer/water connection.. if those things are clearer then more people would seriously consider buying.

Practically every one that promote these type of structures leave out the most critical information. Building permits. There is practically nowhere in the United States that one can purchase one of these buildings set it on their lot and live happily ever after. Be careful, you may end up spending more money on permits and other fees than the structure is worth. Remember , You must have an approved building permit for your area or you will not be able to erect the structure.
@blackrealestatedialogue2 ай бұрын

Yeah I agree that pisses me the fuck off too it's like they are show the house really dirty not put together and then when they do show a finish product they rush through it like their name supposed to be there that's what's always made me wonder are they supposed to be in this house and everybody get out before they get caught it'll be so much easier to show us and take the time because I'm in a wheelchair and I have not once heard anybody speak on whether or not the bathroom is accessible for a person with a wheelchair whether it's 16-in wheelchair or 22-in wheelchair they just don't seem to mention it and what's up with the rushing I mean we want to take a look at this house we wanted try to observe the measurements but I feel like they're trying to be sneaky and get in and get out while they can which makes you wonder if this is a fake house they never talk about it leaking even on Sundays they show more pouring right through the scene and one video show that it cannot even withstand a storm the whole side of the house blew in so yes it would be nice to know whether or not these houses or what they say are I don't want to pay that kind of money and get killed in the damn thing and why they keep rushing I have no idea they don't even English interpreted so I don't know what the hell they're saying or the quality of the home and whether or not it'll be safe to live in interested but terrified as hell

Alright, here is my take: Home 2 is exactly the same house as Home 1 but with a way higher price tag. Home 3 is a 3d design. Not a real home. I bet in real life it will not look that good. Home 1 seems to be the best one yet. Now, these prefab houses will not pass city or county code and most urban areas will order you to get rid of them. Check with your zoning department before you invest in this. However, if you own a piece of rural land and want to save a lot of money, this is the way to go.
@blackrealestatedialogue26 күн бұрын
excellent breakdown and feedback, thank you so much!

You would need construction experts and engineers to tell you about the materials and how it's put together. You would also want those type of people who have seen these in person and assisted or watched them put together in real time. That would be a true assessment. Also knowing what type of insurance they qualify would be important. Another question is, can you put them on a raised platform say 15 ft in the air.
