What a lovely surprise to see you've made your way to my home state! Yes, winters can get cold but the people are warm :) (kind and helpful) and I hope you enjoy this new adventure! I'm born and raised here, eastern side of ND. Reach out if you need any help or advice on anything ND related! :) Best wishes!!

I hope you took care of all the paperwork on the house and everything was ok. Those kind of things are a blessing if everything (paperwork) is done right. If not can be a nightmare. Hope it all works for you. Been wondering where you were, good luck with your new endeavor kid. ❤️👍

That’s awesome! You are so fortunate to have such a wonderful backyard with gardens & they even left you with everything thing you need to keep it up & that well will come in handy & will save you a lot of money on your utilities. Well water is so much safer for gardening & I would drink the well water instead of city water. The chemicals they put in our water just isn’t safe. I even use bottled water for my little dogs & chickens. You may even have enough room to have a chicken pin. I started out with one rooster & 2 hens that my daughter gave me, because there just happened to be a chicken coop at the house I bought. I get at least 2 eggs per day, that’s more than enough for me🤗 May God bless you and keep you keep you safe and in His loving care🛐

Three things - 1) LOVE the haircut!!! 2) That compost needs to be turned regularly. 3) The thermostat in the kitchen should be moved, probably just to the other side of that same wall. The heat from cooking will confuse it, and you'll have a nice warm kitchen, but a freezing-cold house.

Such cool vintage furniture left for you. The kitchen table and chairs are awesome. I have a desk almost identical to the one in your living room and my grandmom left me a couch and chair that had the same upholstery as the chair you have upstairs in one of your rooms. I just started watching you move into this house, I know it’s been awhile ( 2 yrs) since you posted this. Do you still own the house? I am currently watching your renovations on the $1 house. It is coming along nicely. It’s great that your dad can help with some of the work.

She sold this one and bought the $1 house. She's using the money she made to build out the $1 house to her liking. The biggest reason is likely because she gets to make it her own and because she won't have a mortgage payment

She has said that this house was too much space and she was able to get money from the sale to fix the $1 house. Also in some previous videos she was interested in minimalist living and tiny homes. The $1 house suits her goals more as she has stated.
