えっ😮自宅購入のタイトルにびっくりbecause今の賃貸をあれだけ手間暇かけて理想のお部屋にしたのに勿体ない🙀でも賃貸はやりたい事も限られてくるから…又amiさんの家作りを見られるから嬉しいですけど😅楽しみ❤❤福岡に来てもう1年経つんですね～😲福岡気に入って貰って嬉しいデス😊

The view from the large window is lovely. I chose my home's build site based on the views. Although we perhaps are unable to get all views at least some view as to give oneself connection to nature, trees, sky. I believe they help calm us and give us a sense of hope and joy in their beauty. This spot although not typical of American style condo's has much promise and some lovely features. I like the shoji (I may have messed up the spelling) screen, but understand it would take some good thought to incorporate them into a design plan. Best wishes for your work. I know you will do a wonderful work.

Thank you for your wonderful comment! As you say, the view of nature such as the sky and mountains from the window is very soothing to me☺️I don't use shoji because it doesn't fit the design of this house, but I like shoji too😌

Congratulations on home ownership. Does the condominium have any restrictions regarding what you can or cannot change? Be ready to find something that will cause you to pause and rethink what you are planning or for some additional cost. Our home in US in the master bedroom, has a separate shower, bathtub , cabinets for 2 sinks , separate room for the toilet and a large walk in closet. A tile in the shower enclosure broke and water leaked behind the wall and downstairs. We did a full remodel of the bathroom, to enlarge the shower, change the tub style, many other things. The plumber had to change how the water ran under the floor, then the city inspector did not agree and had them change it. Cabinets came and were the wrong color, the city required us to modify a temperature control that was installed on the water heater. So time and $$. A 4 week project took a little over 3 months.
