This one was so fun. I totally understand when you can acquire a huge collection of something that you can do something with. I know nothing about hats, but my husband knows everything about pro bikes (for instance) He bought a De Rosa bicycle at a thrift store for $15. He serviced and re-greased everything, new chain, and sold it CHEAP for $650.00 at a Bicycle Swap Meet. The buyer was a bike shop owner who now has it as a wall-hanger in his shop. It was vintage and beautiful. Talk about a quick turnaround on the $$, but it's worth way more than $650, so the bike shop owner got a great deal and we made some quick money that we desperately needed at the time.

GREAT SCORE!! Several years back I stopped at a yard sale, just as they were packing up and picked at a few vintage hats, and the guy offer to let me a huge box 2' x 4' tall. I total him i didn't want that may caps. He sold them to for $5.00!! I sold them on eBay for 1000s dollars and that was after having to throw some out. There were several sports hats, but most were all kinds of things. GOOD LUCK with your hat!!!

Ten years ago I was looking at a nursing home for my father along with other family members. As the director led us down a hallway on our tour, he suddenly pushed me aside so I wouldn’t get run over by a resident zipping down the hallway in a motorized wheelchair. The director told us the guy had a top of the line model. That thing was FAST.
