Taco, you've got more money than you think there. The fringed, suade/leather jacket you should look up on eBay, as well as the Levi's jacket & actually all the leather jackets. The thread color on Levi's jackets has a lot to do with age & value, if my memory serves me correctly. Train collectors build whole railways & towns, & every kind of accessory is sought after. Mint in box, please check the year it was made. Lots of happy surprises are in store for both of you on this one.

I think what you called a notepad was what every home had next to the phone. It was something from the early 60's or earlier. You slid the lever down to the alphabet letterof the last name you wanted. As a schild I thought it was cool. Can still remember sliding that little lever!

You're under valuing so much stuff Taco. The leather is worth way more then youre thinking, anything with Levi is worth bank esp.jackets, but the jeans if in good shape you can sell. What about those vintage kitchen chairs they look authentic. Train items need to be checked out each one of the cars,new items or even tracks are crazy prices. Thx for sharing!

Three trips, three videos or more. I love a good unboxing. You should have brought one of your mattress wrapping things along to wrap the funk before you stick it in the van. Old blankets can go to the animal shelter. Wash some of the nicer ones they look great. The round metal thing you thought was for spices is actually for Keurig coffee pods. It looks like those dining chairs are vintage.
