Congrats, pal! I know you’ve been saying for years in your videos that you were going to buy a 911. I wasn’t expecting the GT3T, but you deserve this! Glad you stick to your word and paid cash as well. The Gentian Blue is my favorite color on the standard palette, and the cognac interior is perfect. I’ve spent countless hours on the GT3 configurator and my dream GT3 is PTS Malachite Green over Cognac. Congrats again, MotoMan, well deserved!

I totally get what he is saying but the other side of the coin is you only live once. Finance can work if you have no other means; it's at least a better step than gambling, spending hundreds of dollars a night clubbing, drugs, smoking, etc. Just do it at a comfortable level and know that you will be paying a lot of interest, unless you can pay it down fast.

Congrats! Your patience really enabled you to get a fabulous car. Guess timing is everything! Based on one of your reviews from a few years back, my wife and I found an allocation - something we weren’t even aware we needed, and were able to order a 2018 Targa 4S, which we love. Not a GT3, but still a great ride. I will look forward to your future reviews to hear more about your enjoyment, but especially your teaser re the seats. I know there may be features that I’m unaware of, but have a difficult time thinking they could be as comfortable as the 18 way seats and I definitely wouldn’t want to give up our heating and cooling option, either. Great choice!!

We all have our favourites, no right answers, etc but for what it's worth, the GT3 Touring has been my personal fav since it's introduction in the 991.2. Agreed. Ditto red calipers. But to each his own, right? But do please change the side markers to clear. The good news is that side markers will only cost a couple of hundred $. BTW, not that you would do it, but the cost to change seat belts to a different color costs around $4500.

You had lots of patience to wait so long for this absolutely stunning car. First came Covid, then in 2022 the freighter "Felicity Ace" sunk and thousands of Porsches on delivery to the US went down the ocean. I am from Germany and had to wait incredible 16 month for my 718 Cayman which I ordered around this time.

I love your spec, except for the bucket seats. They look super cool, but they're absurdly difficult to get in and out of, especially for an older guy with a bad back like me. The 18-way sport seats would be my pick. Porsche's options pricing is downright eye watering, but this is an amazing GT3 Touring specification.

At first I didnt like the gold rims, I would prefer dark gray/silver/gun metal ones, now I see how well they complement each other with the interior. And red brake calipers match the seams on the seats and red dial on the clock. An exceptionally well-selected color options game, at least for my taste. Carbon brakes in a street car are stupid. Are You planning to do some individual audio upgrade in the future?
