I don’t understand why you sped through the most important part you brought up how there is no escrow and how the process is scamming but then explain how or why and how did you correct? It not just ended up working with these guys anyway and flew back to Manila.

But you're still a visitor. Not a permanent resident. Your visa still expires after 3 months. Our friends have two million dollar condos and they are still tourists!

That's something that I've thought about. When will the Japanese yen stop falling. In any case, there are great deals in Japan because of this.
