The smoking was only because all the oils in the new metal piping had to be burned off, perfectly normal and common with new exhaust setups

Really good job with the exhaust Bro! I have essentially the same car (black 04 Allroad 6spd). I will need to come up with a solution for my midpipe as it has essentially rusted away. I'll worry about exhaust later though - as I have the engine out at the moment to deal with leaking turbo's.

It's funny sometimes I'll see work like this and I'll be like who the hell would do such a thing? The answer is you.😂 no I mean I can't knock you for trying, but it is comical.

Yeah I guess it just shows that there’s always a backstory to every sketchy repair lol. Like I, myself, was wondering how and why the car ended up with no catback in the first place

You can change the rims of the tires by removing and replacing them.

Yeah of course, I’m just not willing to spend money on new tires or wheels after putting this much into this car already

bro, that was way too much smoke to be just oils from manufacturing. I got to tell you I'm really enjoying your videos. I'm laughing the whole time they are wonderful. Where are you from? What state?

Thanks! Yeah I agree. I genuinely have no idea what that smoke was about. It hasn’t come back since I drove it a decent amount. I’m in Appleton, Wisconsin
