Hey Kendall (and anyone else who happens to read this), probably pretty late and you might not see this but- that Turkish ammo is reported to be over pressured, and can cause accelerated wear or even outright damage to your rifle. Ian from Forgotten Weapons did a review of it. I'm guessing poor storage caused the propellant's chemical makeup to become less stable.

With the condition of the rpg you got along with the “rocket” which I believe is the training round that comes with the rpg so that folks when first getting issued it have a completely safe way to make sure they know how to operate it before actually receiving their live rockets later in the training. That training rpg rocket could actually be worth more than the rpg because of the rarity of them being tossed out or destroyed after initial learning as they come with every weapon system when shipped new or a few per large order if times where tough for resources.
