So pink setting powder is typically supposed to be used UNDER the eye as a brightener instead of banana powder or a white powder. You can use your normal concealer with it but then lightly bake with a layer of it. It’s not meant for setting the whole face or baking to chisel out your cheekbones, because then it’s going to tint and lighten up that area. Stick to using it under your eyes💕 I personally love pink setting powder when I want a really bright but soft under eye

One tip: When your trying to get more mascara out of the tube, don’t go in and out a bunch of times it just dries it up more. Just swipe in the mascara tube. You don’t dry your mascara up and get more.

i use the jigotts cat eye mascara (the curling one it’s a blue tube) and i think it comes off the way you’re wanting it to! it has a more wet feel during application but once it’s dried, if i rub my eye a little thru the day a few crumbles fall off instead of smearing. and when i’m in the shower, i feel it like loosening from my lashes and i’ll rub my eye and it’s like solid just rolling off. lowkey feel like it’s maybe not an intentional aspect and that’s why it’s not marketed? like it’s a side affect of the formulation they chose for whatever reason. and then people just liked it so maybe some brands have started trying to make new formulas that do it but on purpose.

A good rule to follow is to put all your wet products on first - foundation, concealer, cream contour, blush, and bronzer. Then use your power products. If you put a wet product, like cream blush, over powder you could pull up or move around the product underneath, causing splotches, etc. Hope that helps! Love your videos ❤

Hi Hope! This is my first post even though I've been watching you for two years. I wanted to tell you about a makeup brand that I'm totally sold on. I have very sensitive skin and my eyes can swell shut if I use bad products. Frankie Rose is the brand and it's amazing! They are known for there liquid foundation (which I've never been able to use other brands before because of sensitivity), which I can wear, forget to take it off at night (alcohol could be a factor), and no breakouts the next day. But recently I took a trip to Italy and my luggage got lost. The only thing I had in my purse is their new powder foundation, the FR lipstick and their new Glimmer and Go liquid eyeshadow in the color Day Dreamer. I used just those products while I was there and got sooooooo many compliments on my makeup! No problems with sensitivity either. I hope ❤️ you will try it for the people watching with sensitive skin. I also love there primers too.

Gurl don’t pump your mascara. It will dry out and won’t last as long. Try to scrape the inner walls of the tube instead and spin the wand around inside.

As a makeup artist I recommend Tarte tubbing mascara. Also, to keep mascara lasting longer not to dry out in the tube, twirl and pull out the wand. If you pump it, it will dry out faster. The original tubbing mascara is from Kiss ❤️

Tubing mascaras are thermal reactive so the tubes only come off easily with warm water! If you use cold or room temp water the tubes won't expand and therefore won't come off as easily.

Don't pump the mascara wand in the tube. It puts air in the tube & dries out the mascara inside. Instead, twist the wand inside the tube & wipe off the extra on a paper towel. Less clumps.

Hi Hope, I haven't watched the complete video however so far my favourite product at the moment is the invisible blush although it showed up on the brush you used I love how its a mystery and very beautiful with reflective looks. It would be so cool if they add different shades to the mix if they haven't already so its a surprise when it reveals the shade even more. When I was watching you apply it my thoughts were so crazy like I imagined party princesses that are hired for a little birthday event for a young child and they do the kids makeup and they say they are magical so they make the kids believe they used special powers of magic to make an transparent blush have color and it would be so cute as everyone would believe they have magic makeup powers haha. hi hope! love your videos but i just wanted to address the thrive mascara that you tested previously. my mom has been using thrive for +1 year and i have been using their mascara for somewhere close to a year and it actually does tube, let me explain. i use the liquid lash extensions daily and the best way you would get it to work is apply the mascara and wait for roughly 5-10 minutes to let it dry, leave it for a few minutes, then wet it but not too much and wait for a minute or two, just give it a little time to sit there wet then SLOWLY close your eyes and hold your finger on the lashes while slowly looking up. im not sure if thats exactly what you did and it still didnt work but i just wanted to let you know in a helpful manner because i absolutely love the mascara and strongly recommend it to everyone! cant wait for your next video(s)!!💖💖💖💖

A tip for when u are applying lip tint is to put on Vaseline and leave it on for 15mins before you put on your lip tint so then it won't cake in the dry parts. I hope this helps❤
