In a pan with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic… cook until not raw!

I have tried a couple of flavors of Magic Spoon and my belly does NOT like it. Btw they sell it at Target and at Walmart. I love the smoked trout. It is delicious.

I just learned yesterday seed oils like canola, soybean, rice bran, peanut, safflower and sunflower contribute to macular degeneration and I was shocked. Much of our olive oils are denatured with cheap seed oils to cut costs as well. Wanted to put that out there because people need to be aware of this. Coconut oil, pure avocado oil, butter, pure olive oil and palm oil are safe fats for the eyes and health. Avocado oil has also been adulterated to cut costs.

Also, stay away from sunflower, safflower, and rapeseed oils!

Absolutely! Seed oils are very very unhealthy. And they are in everything, it's really disheartening. I cook with butter or Olive oil only.

I throw the smoked trout in a salad as my protein or on slice of toasted dark bread with some creamy horseradish. So yummy!
