As someone who works with textiles I think I can safely say that the reason the vivillion aren’t as saturated as in game is because those colors genuinely don’t exist in reality, only on computers. We straight up can’t make ink as vibrant as the colors computers make. *Sometimes* it’s possible but with significant difficulty

I think the reason why there's a Zygarde Core sitting cutie plush is because of the role it played in the anime: Clemont's younger sister Bonnie bonded with one, naming it "Squishy" (or "Puni-Chan" in Japan), so it was kinda-sorta a Pokemon that was in the main cast's roster.

I think they may not have included megas because in the game they were introduced in, they weren’t added to the Pokédex. However in Gen 7, they were. So it’s possible Gen 7’s set will include the megas.

I wonder if the issue with the mega Pokémon is some of them having really tough design elements. Alakazam’s floating spoons, Kangaskhan’s kid being a separate entity, Steelix’s floating debris and Medicham’s floating ribbons are really challenging to integrate into a plush.

I think this is the line of sitting cuties i might be spending the most on, despite it being the smallest gen with not a lot of my favorites; Some of these plushies are just *so* good compared to previous gens. Like I've never cared about scatterbug before, never given it more then a single thought, and now i wanna have my first full set of sitting cuties be with one. Hell, this gen is going to give me multiple full sets, despite never getting one before! (The only one I've ever thought of getting was the chandalure line, but that was sold out at the time and I'd have to hang them. But i might do that now, actually...) They actually *seriously* upped their game here, I'm more excited for Gen 7 then ever, though hopfully the Megas get their own Mini-gen release too... I was previously warey of giving the megas sitting cuties, but these guys absolutely proved they can do them right now. (Also, it's kinda funny how this is the fairy generation, yet once again, the dragons steal the show, every one of them is perfect~)

Unfort, they didn't make 4 different sizes for the Pumpkaboo/Gourgeist line. That would have been incredible if you lined them up or sth. Also unfort that they only use my least fave Florges line color. They're basically in the same scenario as Vivillon, but fewer forms in total. But the tcg also ignores all other Florges colors (and most the the Vivillon colors), so I'm used to just ignoring them, lol. I did not expect Zygarde to come in its Cell forme, though. That was wild.
