Hey 17:57 funny you mention this, but this whole video I was thinking about commenting how I like prefer the Franklin halves, even though the majority of people like the walkers. Just something about Franklin and the Liberty bell attracts me more to those halves more than Kennedy and walkers! Why don’t people like the 40% halves? Is it because it’s so much lower silver content?

We just bought $500.00 in half dollars from the bank in the last two weeks and only found a few 40% silvers..(mostly 68d and 69d. ) But we found some great offstrikes and double die reverse variations. We did ok. 👍

The collector in me is just in awe when people bring this stuff in and say "I'm not much of a coin person". I AM, LOL! Even if you're not a coin person, I think it's still fun to have them and think about the history and who may have had them at some point in history. Nice score for the shop though and fair price!
