as diagnosed autistic adhder THANK YOU. I have went to special ed classes for years, and def have noticed that if a teacher has nice things like gives small breaks from studying, sensory things, studying with the students (like going to show videos, fun websites that do teach the topic and etc.), relaxed yet fun vibe and much more really helps students to feel comfortable in the classroom and can actually build safer feeling towards the teacher a lot quicker without noticing. Also talking to a students when they're struggling emotionally (not in therapist level) really helps. Hope any of that helps :)

As a specimen with ADHD, I have to say that anyone with ADHD should learn how to solve a 3x3 Rubik's cube. If you're going to say, "No, I can't solve one. I'm too stupid." You are wrong, you can learn it, you just have to put time into it like everyone else. It's not too hard, but there is a big earning curve. You need to be able to learn patterns, memorize them, and then turn it into muscle memory. It's nice if you are already able to think in 3D, but as you learn you will be taught to do that. The cool thing is, once you learn how to solve it, you can learn different ways to solve it and even time yourself to get faster solves. Evolving from layer to layer to F2L, learning more OLL and PLL algorithms, and then CFOP and 2-look. All of these sound fancy, but they can be very simple once you break it down and add knowledge on top of what you learn. You can also learn more complicated cubes like a 4x4, 1x3, or a 6x6. Even the weird, random shape ones. If you are going to learn I HIGHLY suggest finding someone who knows how to solve it to teach you. That way, when you reach a certain problem you can have a person here to explain exactly what you need to do next versus needing to find out where you messed up. Preferably someone who knows layer by layer, F2L, and a good amount of Oll and PLL algorithms. This is the absolute best ADHD toy I have ever found! I've even used it to calm panic attacks.

Guys I have a sad story for you about my fidget spinner: One glorious day, I received a gold painted fidget spinner. I love this fidget spinner, I made it its own bedroom out of a pencil case with a bed and everything. I put it right in the middle of the coffee table in my living room/ play room before bedtime and tucked the fidget spinner in. I went to bed, without a care in the world. I woke up, and wanted to play with my lovely fidget spinner. And his house was there, without a fidget spinner in sight. I still don’t know what happened to my fidget spinner. As someone with ADHD the best “fidget toy” I’ve ever found is a trainer balisong/butterfly knife. I bought it on Amazon. It doesn’t have a blade or anything bc it’s a trainer so it’s safe for use without looking at it, if you wanna focus on it more you can do tricks, and once you learn a couple basic tricks it’s so easy to do them subconsciously lol. Couldn’t agree more about the fidget spinner though, those things got me through school before I was homeschooled.

As an ADHDer, I will rate these First gadget: Solid 9/10, but it is a bit too loud, so drop it down to a 5.9 because I would just get annoyed by the sound Second gadget: 9, I have one of these at home! It is just a slug, a bit distracting for something like a class, so I'll give it an 8, these can come in *so* many variations. Third gadget: 10. Just. 10. What else can I say, but 10. Not distracting for some and you could be doing something and have it in your hand. But I would get distracted so easily, forget what I'm actually supposed to be doing and focus on that, so 8.5/10 Fourth gadget: 10. This is actually a 10, I *love* magnetic things, and I try to get them as close as they can without attaching, anyways 10. Fifth gadget: 9, it is an *extraordinary* thing to use, but it is quite too loud, and I would forget what I am doing, 5. Sixth gadget: 2. Just no. My hands would hurt from doing that and I would forget about it Seventh gadget: 10. 10. TEN. FIDGET SPINNERS? WHAT ELSE CAN I SAY ABOUT THIS? 10! Eighth gadget: 3, those are way too big, and they just, they just don't. Kind of like the other ones, but I just liked them, I don't know Ninth gadget: 8, infinity cube, yes, but I *hate* it when the other ones are old and they clack each time you move them, unlike new ones, new ones are just faster and have no sound. Tenth gadget: Is the Mona Lisa. 100000/10 Eleventh gadget: 1. Not interesting.. Twelfth gadget: Where do I get this?! Edit: Guys what he said is true! We aren't dumb! We just get attached to things, e.g. I am genuinely attached to shows like Supernatural Academy. Anyway, we aren't dumb, we need something to do. Edit 2: I don't know your actual name so imma call you Birlap, Anyway, I don't think I have ever, ever seen someone do this before, a new subscriber!
