I still have my original official ball bought for $250 back in 2010.. and I'll tell you there's NO COMPARISON with replicas.. not just knuckleballs either.. goal kicks are.. OMG!! Unlike most that keep it in a box for it's worth.. I use mine for its intended use.. and it still gets a thorough hammering at training sessions and shots with mates at the park Yes it's a crazy ball BUT it truly needs credibility given for its wear resistance.. apart from normal scuffs it has held up well

Is the ball still intact? If so that would be cool. Sure the monetary value is higher in good condition, but if you never intended to sell it, having your dogs bite marks on it may be a nice memory of your dog in the future. You'll miss the doggo once it's gone and no $1k can replace that

A more expensive ball can usually take more, feels nicer since they weigh a little more, and the quality is good. Cheap balls and replica's usually wear and tear alot quicker, and feel light, wich makes them less controllable/predictable

I recommend not trying to go for cheap boots especially a little amount like that. You gotta drop atleast 100 for a decent pair. Good shoes make a big difference with playing and control, and keep your feet good aswell. You will notice it and hurt your feet if you just play with cheap footwear.
