Mickey if it does not smell, then sell! You have plenty of items that are going to pay for that unit and if there is money left over, have it go to the "storage unit fund" until you build your amount up, then that next unit is free profit. That is a way to build on it in case there is one that is in the negative. This one is even or small profit. Please don't get bummed. Your gonna get better and better at these. Sometimes it's just pure luck as well. Another idea for the smalls is do like, What the Hales, do on live auctions with bundle buys. Group the items that are not worth listing one by one and do a bundle group auction sale..it gives other resellers an opportunity to purchase and piece out if they want and you can move bundles of items out quick(maybe watch how they do that on their live sales) They spread it out to show and then they have a starting bid, let people battle it out and then you throw it all in a box and ship it. If noone bids you can always send it to goodwill then. Storge units are more about volune sells than the mindset of finding an item at goodwill sell. It is two different mindsets😊 🙏
