Great content as always...for your tabis, would highly recommend re-soling them to give them a long life since the sole is leather and will wear down over the months/years: you can take them to Premier shoes & Locksmiths on upper Kloof Street... they've re-soled tabis for me and my friend and they're amazing.

Well done on the new MacBook Pro bro! I have the M2Pro 14" with the 1TB and it's first class! Best display that I've ever seen (better than my LG OLED TV and iPhone 14 Pro) screens IMO. The new M chips are insane! If you haven't already, invest in the Apple TV 4K streaming box - again, it's incredible in its performance :) Loving your channels - awesome workouts, awesome fashion and I LOVE Cape Town :)

The Apple TV is insanely great - you can homeshare your content from your MacBook Pro and everything is with the correct frame rate and there's no stuttering/freezing etc. You can shoot 4K 60fps on the iPhone and it AirPlays 100% perfect - in comparison, when I tried that on my LG TV, it dropped to 27fps and played in a low res as it doesn't have the processing power as what the Apple TV A15 chip does plus iTunes films look insane from it! :) Your MacBook Pro is the best of the best - it should give you at least 5 years of heavy use with zero slow downs!
