I Bought my Dad a Real Clean Dodge Truck - HE LOVED IT !!!

I bought my dad an old dodge truck, well kind of old. A pretty clean 1996 Dodge Ram pickup truck. It was an emotional exchange when I gave my dad the truck.

@@FarmAlarm We are doing good. My son's FFA team just took 1st place at the Missouri state grasslands competition. He's a senior this year and gets to go to nationals in June. Pretty cool.

I had a great relationship with my Dad. Unfortunately he passed away when I was 26 and he was 56. It took me several years to stop myself from saying hey dad, what about this or what about that? We had a lot of the hobbies we had were the same. We didn't always agree, but we always knew it would not break our bond. Now at 63, I am so thankful for the time we had together. He taught me right from wrong and he never once held my wrongs against me. I wish that I would have had a son to pass on my father's traights.

Good to see that yellow & green farm alarm icon pop up on my alert screen again. No apology needed; there's hardly ever enough time to find for much when a family member is ill. Especially when it's the closest, most giving one, that it took to get us here. Condolences. Hadn't been many sites that I was able to use the 2 words righteous move. But that one with your Dad, covered them both. Like to leave you, yours & any farmers with eye or an ear up there; with a few words about the very thing they have the most of... ''His Ever Changing Dirt'' Every living thing & it's seed Comes from & returns back to His Ever Changing Dirt Yet: in between those two times Are they not fashioned by His will, His light, & His Life Giving Waters? -Just another one of those many ones of we awaiting His Just Return.
