Also, can we just have a moment of major appreciation for Daddy Cornstar who was so clearly making a point that accidents happen and for sure this was in no way Nava's fault ( which I know you know Cole), but I thought it was just super nice of your Dad to really drive home that point. I feel your pain regarding trying to keep your car looking nice. We've had several car's over the years we worked very hard to afford, and crap happens. When I married my wife, I gave her my "dating" car, and at the time it was immaculate. She works at a hospital and 10 years later of parking in the parking lot, both sides have at least a dozen good dents, scrapes, and gouges down to bare metal in places. People just don't seem to care, so you may as well just accept it so it doesn't annoy you like it has me. I guess that's why farmers don't park their tractors in parking lots, so they will look nice for years and years to come! :)

Cole, until about 3 years ago I had a nearly mint Geo Prizm that was almost 20 years old. I was stopped in traffic and was rear-ended, which shoved me into the back of the car in front of me. So both the front and rear of my car were crunched. Thankfully no one was hurt, but given the age of my car, the insurance company wanted to total it. It was hard to let go, but necessary. Glad to see the damage to your Prizm was much less significant and can be repaired if you choose. Best wishes. Love your channel.

I live near farm country and dairy country in Michigan. We used to have a small farm where we grew market vegetables for our local farmer's market. Maybe not so big, but we worked hard planning, keeping records, etc. It wasn't easy small scale, i cant imagine large scale and farmers are the life's blood without them there would be a lot more hungry people thats for sure. Farmers feed us, military protect us and we have too few people that appreciate that. Im not your mom, but as a mom of many I'm proud of you and your family for what you do and sacrifice. Btw I once owned a Geo Metro and my hubby used to have a Geo Prism. I loved those cars. Cant fit my family in them now. But i miss them.

I grew up in MN and spent time arounds friends farms. I knew that farming is tricky, it’s pretty easy to make bad decisions and go broke. But watching Cole, Larsons, Millenial Farmer, Welcher, etc. opened my eyes to modern farming. It takes $1M of equipment and 1000+ acres, plus GPS, AutoSteer, RowSense, and lots of automation, plus the ability to fix almost anything within a couple of hours (...and in the field). Last year I got to ride along with my friend John combining soybeans at night, which really was cool! We only ran over one fence post, that had no business being there, then spent an hour replacing a few teeth in the cold and dark. I have great respect for people who farm, Bloomberg is just plain ignorant.

I feel so bad about your car! My husband was in Lowe's several years ago and someone decided to give our trunk a smooch with their car. No note, no witnesses that we know of. Either way, it became the POJ car he drives to the airport for his trips (pilot family). That car is older than our kids, and it just keeps going. Oh your poor Prizm 😢. I love your car too. I have had 3 of them and loved them all. They all have found their way to the junk yard after each having over 200,000 miles on them. They had hard lives. One was hit in the trunk by a semi but kept going for another 100,000 miles. Another one backed into a backhoe (we won’t say how 😬 but I was driving). We let our son drive the last one. He hit an ice patch, flipped it (he was fine). The tow truck driver put it back up right and we put another 30,000 miles on it. I cried when the junk had hauled off the last one. (I know I get a little to attached to things😉). Thanks to you we are looking for another one. Hopefully you can find a little matching paint so it won’t rust and it will be come a part of the story you tell your grandkids. Enough being sappy. Wow, love the new planter. Sorry to hear about the Geo and I'm happy to see little lady wasn't hurt. I think I understand why you drive the Geo. 1) You (obviously) love your car. 2) It's cheap to insure. 3) Driving a truck everyday that gets 10-12 mpg, makes little sense "fuel cost" wise, when the Geo will get 35-40 mpg. No point in burning a bunch of gas to fetch small items that easily fit in the trunk/backseat. BTW, that is a beautiful (I think AGCO/White) planter, may it give you seasons of trouble-free work.

After hearing on the news they plan to ban the sale of coal for domestic use and some types of logs (in the UK) I'm waiting to hear they're banning heating oil as well though in I believe 2 years they are banning new build houses being connected to mains gas

Proper farm work geo metro. For the light duty jobs around the farm. 😆 another great video. That paint transfer ended up looking pretty good. I’d suggest using some touch up paint to at least put a little coverage over that bare metal, so it doesn’t start rusting out right away. Especially since you love the ol’ girl so much. Glad she and your girlfriend are ok.

You mean it's not as simple as putting a seed in the ground, covering it with dirt and pouring some water on it and up comes the corn? Bloomberg lied. Lol

Janice Dudley Would you be so kind as to dictate what topics would please YOU? For everyone else, find and read the book, ILL FARES THE LAND, by Dan P. Van Gorder and see what happened in this country to farms and farmers because American citizens did not pay attention to the political social engineering going on back then. Find out about the Great Depression and ration cards any why we need to respect and appreciate our nations farmers. Janice, I suggest you not read it...it's kinda political and could cause unexpected rolling over in bed and a hearty ho-hum. Or maybe with a little comprehension there would be an awakening of Biblical proportions...perhaps even an end to lalala, lalala.

Get a touch-up kit from Napa. They have a surprising number of colors. It will make that white disappear while also sealing the metal to hold off premature rusting.
