About the belly button piercing: high waisted anything was a no - which all of my leggings were high waisted soo to work out I had to find some low waisted clothing. Other than that, it did not affect what I could and couldn’t do. The most important part is to keep it super clean. When you work out, your sweat centrally goes towards your belly button. I always used dial gold anti bac soap to keep mine clean and I had no issues!

Yeah your fine doing work outs when you get piercing done. All I would suggest is don’t wear high wasted clothes until it’s healed! Would also recommend cleaning it after workouts. As the sweat and grub can cause it to get sore or even a little infected xx

I got my belly pierced 2 weeks ago and for the first few days it was a bit sore and bending was quite difficult .. now it doesn’t hurt and movement is like normal plus it looks so so cute!! I definitely recommend it however you’ll have to remember to clean it everyday! 💞

i had my belly button piercing around 6 months ago and the initial pain is just like giving blood. It does still hurt sometimes when it gets caught on things but generally there's no pain at all. I would just recommend cleaning it well and often as I didn't really do that. Love it though !!!

I wouldn't imagine a belly piercing would affect anything I thought the same when I had my tongue done and now I hardly notice it. so I should imagine you'd be ok, but belly piercings leaves a horrible scar if ever you want to take it out, hope this helps xx

I literally got my belly done 3 days ago and it’s doing pretty well! Everyone is different but mine isn’t sore when walking moving etc. Sometimes when I run it can hurt, so maybe be careful working out but other than that I’ve personally had no issues 💕 I’d suggest putting a small dressing plaster over it for going out and doing things, but keep it out at home/ running errands.

I braved it and had my belly done in March and the only thing I wasn’t able to do is wear tight high waisted pants, only leggings or something that’s not going to irritate you! It’s only just fully healed but it was so worth the pain makes you feel so much more confident! 💕✨

I got mine pierced and played hockey two days later! All you have to do is put vasoline on your piercing to stop the sweat getting in and put a plaster on and wash it afterwards xx it’s only kinda sore for the first two weeks if your lying on your stomach or doing crunches but it’s bearable 💕💕
