@zaidchalabi15993 жыл бұрын
363k can be barely broke into and can be deadly depend on how much you care for it in my experience those cummins do tend to leak a bit near 500k miles but if taken care of and fluids are changed regularly and driven good, yes it can pass 1 million. i have a freightliner classic currently have 820k . still original build with good oil pressure and very clean oil depends on how much you take care of it

Because let’s face it, mega carrier company drivers don’t know how to change a fuel filter let alone so basic maintenance on the trucks. They run them ragged and companies know that, so they trade them off before any major motor or tranny work needs to be done. Facts.

You must be joking on spark plugs. I agree the fridge is strange. Did you have independent mechanic inspect it? Get a APU. IMO worth it. BTW if stuff breaks. It should be before you buy. (If it’s cracked, damaged already). Hope you offered quite a bit below asking price. I bought a trailer. Asking $7000. I offered $5500. They said “we can’t” so I went to $5700 sold. Pulled it 70 miles home. .pickup liked it back there... So far, so good. @$40 in upgrades, a bit of grease. Should be ready

That’s a beautiful investment. Are you still going to carry open trailer loads? It’s what makes your channel fun. Keep in mind there’s a reason the fleetliners don’t keep these units longer then the 360.000 miles. Here in Eu it’s about the same 500.000 kilometers. On average over the large fleet they know that expensive breakdowns happen after warranty period and this mileage. If you’re in luck you have a truck that has been driven by a carefull driver. But to start nothing wrong with a used truck with low mileage but keep some money seperated for major breakdowns. These happen especially when you are planning to use it like you do. Try to get the business running like your planning asap an when you’ve got it going and are happy with the generated business, trade it in for a new lease. You know your costs, have warranty and trade in is high.

After running his Ford into the ground PAST IT'S WARRANTY with the trans, now he worries if a semi tractor has a little surface rust or the sleeper has a window. Pray that DOT does frequent MCSAP inspections as he treats maintenance on 80,000 pounds of road rocket like ignoring burned out light bulbs back at the motel.
