Yeah that's you. That's not everybody else. You're okay with leasing and borrowing your games at full price. We want to actually own the game. What's funny is they cost the same. They cost the same and yet one you're just borrowing while the other you get a physical case a disc album art sometimes posters and of course the physical game which you'll be able to keep permanently. Also if you're done with that game and you're truly whenever play it again you can sell it for half price to a friend and make some of that money back and buy something else. I love playing digitally on my playstation 5 & xbox series x because I ran out of space on my gaming shelf plus it’s very convenient not worrying about games being sold out in stores. I rather have a disc drive console because a lot of games get delisted digitally so I buy xbox 360 games physically. I like to have both options i’m enjoying xbox 360 forza horizon I got it on amazon for $40 used mint condition no scratches plays brand new which was really surprising side note i’ll never buy an all digital console don’t limit yourself.🥂✌🏾😎

I prefer all digital at this point. Haven't bought a physical game in years. Don't like having to keep up with physical discs and take in and out of the drive. With digital, you own the game just as much as you do the physical copy, it's just that your owned game license is stored in the cloud so no way to lose or damage it. Sure, you can't resell it but trade-in prices are so low these days.

If you had any console prior to the Xbox one, get the drive because they allow you to play games from previous generations (something PlayStation is choking on) because if I upgrade my console, I have to buy every single game again at full price... Just for a digital "license" which means to own nothing. Nothing in the least because they can cancel that license without cause, meaning just because they felt like it. They can't cancel CD's without first invalidating every license ever issued to the CD's. If you don't have any Xbox games nor intend to guy older generation CD's at GameStop before they go bankrupt, go digital. Thats the sole reason to go digital is when you already have digital games (Xbox only) or intend to buy sole digital licenses.

With the disk drive I can play forza horizon 1,2 and 3. Just picked them up, without the disk it would have been absolutely impossible to get them. Quick resume still works even if with the disk, I own digital games as well and currently forza horizon 1 has been living in the drive for 2 weeks, no issues so far. Also, quick resume works also when you wake/start up the console, so it is still extremely useful. I highly prefer having a disk drive and not using it rather than not having it at all. Not to mention the discounted prices of used games or even new sealed games. I’ve paid $18 for starfield, $18 for diablo iv, same for forza motorsport 7…. And all these as flash sales at a local big store. Without the disk drive, good luck to you. Discounts exist in the ms store, but not as often as dedicated physical stores. Ah, not to mention that I can sell a disk game after if I get bored of it and want to recup some of the cost

No. The entire point of this console is to try to get people away from purchasing physical games that way you never own any of them. This video is unnecessary. The only difference is no disc drive but the same specs. They should have done this in the first place at the launch like PS5 did. XSS is the dumb idea they came up with and not only that XSS holding XSX back since many game developers have some issues with XSS which is why you haven't seen Wukong on Xbox yet. The same issues they had with Baldur's Gate 3 and the other games.

Its actually PS thats holding games back as there are still a large number of the player base that still game on PS4 which is why they still insist on making cross gen games. Also the Series S has nothing to do with Black Myth not being released yet, Sony paid for exclusivity. Plus it released in an unfit state so taking more time will hopefully mean its better optimised when it finally releases
