Nice video 👍 Did you buy the house as an option? Or subject to planning? If not, what if you didn’t get planning or planning took a very long time? It doesn’t seem like a repeatable strategy if it’s not under PD or there is a fall back plan without planning.

Hi David. The purchase was subject to planning permission being granted. I only exchanged on the property once planning was in place. And your right - with this one there would have been no plan B if planning had not been granted - we could have extended it into a 5 bedroom house and refurbished it but I wasnt keen on doing that.

It was on the market for a long time - it is set back and at an angle compared to the other houses on the street - we will make it look really nice - this is a really nice area so they will be high end apartments with 3 of the flats having their own allocated garden space. There is a big demand for flats in Stevenage so to be honest we are helping here - the development plan says so :)
