They look absolutely fine, there's nothing wrong with getting repro games, it's really a good option. 100% there are people trying to sell them off as original and its wrong. I have no issue with buying a repro game as long as the seller is being honest about it.

No worries mate, I guess it's a good thing they do safe guarding. I'm looking into getting some repro games, I'm after one game in particular, River City Ransom on the nes. Its a great game but I'm not willing to pay the price sellers are charging on ebay so if I come across a good repro, I'll get it.

I'll go as far to say people who don't say either way if it's a repro or not shouldn't have to if it looks and plays identically. Unless of course they're charging Nintendo factory prices. The buyer shouldn't have to worry about that and if they play it and never know, then is it even really a repro?

I can see the appeal but now game shops in Japan need to include pictures of the cartridge internals as part of the display, usually for anything over 10000 yen. It adds to the labor and care costs for premium games and I noticed a simultaneous increase in price at the same time; including the same game in the same display from one week to the next. Hopefully this doesn't become a typical reason for cost increases whether legitimate or just an excuse for it.

I’ve never seen that happen before where a photo of the cartridge internals need to be displayed but maybe that’s a good thing as I’ve seen second hand stores selling repros, maybe they have no idea that they aren’t the real deal

NTSC games work on the Famicom with an extension adapter. Same goes for the Super Famicom. US games are in English.

Im not big on repros and I would prefer they be marked as not being authentic although these are easy to tell. I have a repro for Dracs Night Out for NES which was an unreleased game. I stick to the Everdrive for games I cant afford to own.

I’ve had absolutely no problems running these games on the original SNES hardware

@@KenzGamesCollection you've got to be careful that the voltages are within spec or they will damage the consoles over time even if it seems they run fine, not an issue with a standard console you can replace but if they've been modded it might be a little bit of a gamble using repro carts in them.

Which seller do you prefer when we look at the quality of the cartridge and image color of the box CSUOFAT Store or the Retro classic game store. Love to buy these games but also the best buy for my money

For Super Nintendo I prefer CSUOFAT store, their service and quality has been really good for me.
