I dunno why but i was expecting way worse performance because it doesn't have a Snapdragon cpu but the performance seems to be pretty good especially for the price. 🙂

Not havng a snapdragon cpu doesnt mean a bad performance eventho myself I prefer SD as my phone chipset but mediatek also has a decent chiset specially the 2nd gen up to latest but in terms of stability sd still the king.

That's what I'm waiting for a pixel 7a level phone with less premium material. I'd love to have this as a cool keychain with plastic back and plastic sides like I don't want it to be above $149, like it's possible to have a pixel 7a level phone with a single camera, not premium material as not needed on such a small smartphone it's possible to have a $149 Keychain beast

I love my Jelly 2 It's quite powerful yet cheap. Unihertz has improved each phone over the previous one i.e. There were other phones after the Jelly 1. Now waiting patiently for the Jelly 3. 🙂

Dunno if this has been mentioned but the lanyard is not for your key chain but to put on your wrist while using it so you don't drop it. Obviously being so small it is easy to drop and damage. I think this is a great touch and actually got a large lanyard to place around my neck since it is so small easy to carry this way when you want. Also texting you can put it in landscape mode so the keyboard will be bigger and you can use 2 hands to text and it feels more normal.

I know I would love this phone but I'm also waiting for Unihertz to come out with a Jelly 3... Hoping for waterproofing and a more sleek slender design. 🤞 Other than that, it's a really powerful tiny phone! Very cute and handy! I'm looking at this as a secondary phone for "digital minimalism". It's the absolute best hands down. 😁

There is something wrong with recommending something as a secondary phone because it does not deliver as a primary phone. People have criteria according to which they use something. There may be times you want a and times you want b but buy b which is not delivering in case a fails. Are such people also buying a not-quite-for-them secondary microwave and backpack and car in case the primary one what... fails? No space in your pocket/bag for the bigger phone today? If there is any opinion on what a primary/secondary phone division might offer, it would be useful to define it.

not too fast. I use it off and on through the day and don't need to charge it. But if it's your primary phone it would probably need a charge similar to the regularity of your normal phone. Unless you are playing games nonstop.. then it woul need to be more often
