What I have bought here is a Audi S3 8P and it surely must be the cheapest in the UK! I bought this S3 from auction sold as seen with a big margin. What's the reason? Now is the time to find out

i noticed straight away when you removed that dipstick that its broken and missing the seal, so common on the orange dipsticks. also the maf sensor fault code will just be because its been unplugged with the engine running.

Looks like you may of grabbed a bargain, but only time will tell. Nice car, ive got 1 myself. Stg 2+ R-Tech mapped running at 390bhp, its quite quick. Recently picked up a Venom 450 hybrid turbo, so will be going stg 3 next😊

Part 2 is about to drop tomorrow so I guess we shall all see how lucky or unlucky I may have got with this one, 390 bhp must be absolutely rapid, I had a Gti mk5 many years ago with a CDL engine conversion running 370 bhp and it was awesome. The hybrid turbo sounds good all with stock internals I take it?

Still got my S3 and S4, the S3 has been sitting there for a year not moved as it’s constantly misfiring. Even tho I’ve replaced, sparks, coils and some second hand injectors. Thinking about just biting the bullet and getting all new injectors or refurb… so I’ll be watching the videos to see the outcome and see if it will give me any ideas!

From what you told me the first question I have is have you done a compression test yet? If not I highly suggest you do that next before purchasing new injectors bro, let me know results would like to see your car back to running well !

I've go The same problem vw scirroco 2.0 tsi gt dsg every now again the epc light comes on and the yellow engine light flashes goes into limp mode if I turn engine off leave it an half hour or so it works fine again had car plugged in misfiring changed all spark plugs and coil packs 580 pound 5 weeks later its done it again and same thing epc light flashing engine light turned off half hour and works fine again always seems to happen when I drive fast for long periods or hit a long sharp bend at speed

Definitely Won’t be 370hp on standard intake and exhaust , definitely a seal though

The thing with auction cars is very strange things can happen for eg a stage 2 car that has had its parts sold off but left the tune on as couldn’t be asked to take it back to stock, so possible it may not be be 370 bhp but could be down to 330 bhp ish instead because it’s tuned to stage 2 but it’s hardware is removed if that makes sense

I check my cars before I buy them, it’s HPI clear the reg is there you can run checks on it if you want. How I got her so cheap is a skill that I have as you can see on all my projects 😉 For real though I buy cars with mechanical faults hence the price, of course the risk is on me on how lucky I am

I check every car I purchase before hand and confirm I only buy HPI clear vehicles with no previous accidents, just mechanical issues. However in the future il also be doing accident damage too to mix up the content
