cant believe no one told this already, but most of the issues you had with this bike is because the shift need to get adjusted, there are screws where you can make the shift-'eye' move, also for that holder for front, sorry english isnt my native so im not familiar with the right words, but you only need to adjust your shift its not that hard you can look up youtube tutorials
