Just because a CPU is Core i7, it doesn't mean much. The generation to which it belongs is important. This is a 4th Gen Intel Core i7. These were released in 2014. That is why this comes with Windows 8 which was released in 2012. The CPU is almost 10 years old. If the use case is to use only email and maybe KZbin with only 3-4 tabs open (e.g., for senior citizens), then this is fine. However, for most users, this is not a good buy or value-for-money. I won't strongly discourage people from buying this, however, do be aware of its limitations and age.
