I bought one 3 months ago. My hydro bill showed an increase of 34 dollars from the one month to the next, so it basically costs me 30 bucks to commute 4000 km's every month. Compared to the over $800 I was spending in diesel before. I have the 2RS AWD and I do not miss my ML350 at all. This car is fantastic. In terms of charging, I charge at home with the 240 V charger, the one time I needed overpriced electrons from DC Fast charging it took me 30 min to get 300 km's, some work better than others. But like everything, time will fix that annoyance.

I just bought the 2025 Equinox EV LT with $11,000 worth of incentives and super low interest rate to drop the price down to a very attractive vehicle for me. Now my wife and I own a Rav4 hybrid as our other vehicle so we figured the Equinox EV made great sense for a second vehicle for a vast majority of our trips of 200 miles or less. We have the level two charger installed in our garage so we can charge it over night to full and I imagine once in a great moon we might charge away from home but it won't be the norm. So for us the purchase made great sense and we both love driving the. car especially being able to one pedal driving and staring the car up in our MN garage to warm up in the mornings.

I purchased mine about a month ago. It’s a phenomenal car. When it comes to fast charging, you have to read up and understand that you need to precondition the battery so it will accept the charge and charge faster. Mine took 32 minutes to charge from 14% to 80% on a fast charger and it was cold out, but the battery was preconditioned as is recommended. Anyway, my experience with the equinox EV has been fantastic. It’s a lot of fun to drive so I tend to push it considerably so my kilowatt usage isn’t where should be but on days when I drive regularly I get a very good rating. It does depend how you drive and I also use the one pedal drive which really helps send the regen back to the battery.

Hopefully they do 🤞🤞 most in Minnesota do! It also has to do with GMs offers with is targeted based on your zip code. With them sitting on lots however… I bet they will have this offer soon if they don’t already

it seems to me that the headlights will have the same problem that the headlights on the cybertruck has. They will fill with snow while driving, and make it hard to see the road.

I have not seen that on the cyber truck yet! But it makes sense! We have not gotten enough snow this year for me to tell yet

I honestly really enjoy the google system! I think it’s fantastic the issue is when you have to start paying for the google system in 5 years on a monthly subscription base

Opposite for me. The manufacturers versions are always quickly outdated or just missing key features. Then once they get too old they just stop supporting them. This is coming from a BMW owner and maybe Chevy will actually keep them relevant but this would make it a no go for me. CarPlay required for me. I really like Rivian but they also don't support CarPlay which would be a problem for me. Scout seems to be going the right way.

@@Betazeno I don't use the built in stuff either, and don't keep my vehicles for more than 2 or 3 years so even if they do get outdated/not supported that is not an issue for me. I use google maps and waze on my phone if I need gps, but I don't like it connecting to my car and having sounds and such coming through the car speakers.
